I work as a registered dental assistant for a dentist in Elk Grove, CA; a small town south of Sacramento. I use a highspeed dental drill to carve through the 4 different layers of color found in the emu shells. I do not use any paint, dyes or glue on any of my eggs! I like to keep them all natural!
