Make Your Own Cookie Cutters
Description: If you’re like me, there have been occasions when I wanted to make special, unique cookie shapes that I could then decorate.
Ever try to find a cutter in the shape of a boy kicking a soccer ball into the net? Or a dancing ballerina? A man, in a boat, catching a huge fish? How about a large cutter in the shape of your brother’s new house?
I gave the problem a lot of thought. How could I put something together that would cut cookie dough, in whatever shape I could dream up, that was easy to make, as well as inexpensive? I experimented quite a bit with different materials and methods, and finally perfected a very simple, easy, homemade cookie cutter!
You won’t need any fancy tools, or epoxy glues, or welding equipment! If you can trace a shape and read a tape measure, you’re in business!
