Founded in February 2007, Studio 28 offers dresses that have a vintage appeal and according to customers, a great fit. Although the style of dress varies greatly from customer to customer, the level of quality is consistent. The dresses are made individually in the U.S.A. by Studio 28’s seamstresses from solid or printed 100% cotton fabric.
